Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company's subsidiary/ subsidiaries. This role involves consolidating financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing detailed financial analysis and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Financial Reporting and Consolidation:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results in accordance with SFRS(l)/SFRS.
• Review and analyse subsidiary financial statements and ensure consistency in accounting practices across the group.

2) Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
