A well-known large publicly traded corporation is hiring for senior accountant for Real Estate projects. Responsibilities include:

• Perform monthly calculations, reconciliations and recording of revenues and commissions for real estate projects
• Prepare internal and external partner reporting for real estate projects and manage full cycle accounting
• Prepare and process construction draws, cash calls , distributions and cash flow reconciliations and manage working capital
• Support auditors for external audit
• Perform month end closing and prepare accounting working papers
• Analyze development projects and perform budget versus actuals

Requirements

• Atleast 2-3 years strong accounting experience in a public company or audit firm
• CPA designation or in process
