Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Panaji, Goa
Reports To: Accounts Manager
Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Navtara’s growing restaurant chain. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant accounting, be proficient in POSist and Tally software, and possess a strong understanding of financial management in a multi-location setup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales reports, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
