We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing healthcare organization in San Diego. This role will support financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and operational accounting functions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while contributing to process improvements and financial reporting initiatives that support organizational growth.


Responsibilities

+ Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger activity

+ Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
