Job Description
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in accounting systems
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, adjustments)
Perform bank and credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities
Handle payroll entries and basic payroll reconciliation
Ensuring timely payment to vendors, vendor reconciliation
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
Required Skills and Qualification
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in US Accounting and Bookkeeping
Experience with accounting software like Quick Books, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
