Senior Accountant - Latin America

As Senior Accountant, you will execute the full finance function and report directly to the CEO. This is a hands‑on execution role.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Perform all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across U.S. and Latin American operations.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP (and local GAAP/IFRS where applicable).
• Develop and maintain financial models that support revenue planning, margin analysis, and cash flow management for a services-based business.

Multi‑Country Compliance & Tax

• Manage tax planning, filings, and compliance across multiple Latin American jurisdictions — including transfer pricing, withholding taxes, VAT/IVA, and local invoicing requirements.
