The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, accuracy, and compliance of the plant's operations.This role acts as a critical business partner to the management team, providing strategic insights through meticulous cost accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, and internal controls.The objective is to optimize financial performance and ensure adherence to US GAAP within the high-precision Plant environment.1.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Required).2.
Certification: CPA or CMA designation (Highly Preferred).3.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting.4.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the Automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 sector.
