  Responsibilities 
 : Prepare SEC reporting forms such as 10Q and 10K 
 Complie with SOX and other internal controls 
 Interact with controller and public accounting firms as needed for reporting 
 Prepare and provide financial data and analysis
 Qualifications:
 BS in Accounting or Finance required 
 Understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting 
 Previous audit experience 
 Minimum of 2-4 years of public accounting experience 
 CPA or in progess highly preferred
