Senior Accountant-EN

Responsible for finance in a multi-entity and multi-country environment. Performs month end closing & ensure integrity of all legal entities accounting. Responsible for statutory reporting & financial & management reporting. Interface with HQ finance in Montreal (Tax, Treasury, Accounting), auditors (external & Internal), tax consultants and other relevant internal & external stakeholders. Familiar with MFRS / IFRS standards, tax & local regulations.

Duties And Responsibilities (Malaysia And Indonesia Operations)

• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, journal and expense accruals.
• Preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss and full financial statements. Maintains general ledger module, reconciliation of account balances and resolving discrepancies.
