Senior Accountant

Job Purpose:


The Senior Accountant helps in overseeing departmental operations and report costs and productivity.


Responsibilities:

•Check and approve supplier’s invoices

• Check and approve payment preparation
• Check and validate purchase orders

• Receiving goods on the system

• Control inventory evaluation on monthly basis

• Control aging of accounts on weekly basis and allocate advance payments
• Control direct cost on monthly basis

• Check on supplier’s statement reconciliation

• Review all tasks performed by subordinates, follow up and guide

• Prepare all report related to the cycle
Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of previous experience as a Senior Accountant

• BA in Business Management or equivalent
• Fluent in English & Arabic, French is a plus

• Computer Literate
