Senior Accountant

The Role
Reporting into the CFO, you will take ownership of the month-end process, support project financial reporting, manage the Fixed Asset Register, and provide leadership to the Finance Officer responsible for Accounts Payable. You will also work closely with the CFO and Commercial Manager on analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.  The main responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to the following.
  

• Coordinate GST/BAS and support FBT and novated lease requirements
• Partner with Project Managers and Commercial leadership to review cost allocations and improve the accuracy of project financial reporting.
• Perform detailed reconciliations across key accounts, reviewing FY-to-date transactions to identify and resolve allocation discrepancies
