Job Description

In this SENIOR ACCOUNTANT role you will have line manager responsibility for a small team and lead them to deliver financial reporting tasks for specific management regions which will include year end and month end tasks, reviewing work completed by Accountants and Associate Accountants and building and maintaining relationships with regional finance teams.

This is a varied, busy and interesting role with a key requirement of developing, coaching, mentoring and supervising your team. 

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

Lead the preparation to filing process of your region's statutory financial statements, ensuring high quality statutory financial statements and audit back up are delivered on time

Prepare or review technical accounting memos to support accounting decisions

Liaise with external auditors to ensure deadlines are met and issues are brought to the attention of management when...
