Senior Account Manager

Location: UAE - Dubai

Required Languages: Fluent English and Arabic

Hybrid role – 3 days from office and 2 days remote

You will manage a portfolio of client accounts across the EMEA region, building strong relationships, generating new revenue through upselling and cross‑selling, and ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

• Provide account management for clients throughout the EMEA region.
• Upsell and consultative cross‑sell additional services.
• Maintain close liaison with operations colleagues located in our global service centers.
• Collaborate effectively with WPO account managers in the US, Europe, and Asia as part of our Global Account management team, working across time zones when required.
