Job Description

  Responsibilities 

 Leading a team of two with an Account Executives in dealing with customers and factories, acting as a liaise between customers and suppliers

 Account Executives' team is responsible for following up customers accounts independently, problem-solving, interaction with factories

 Work closely with inter-department and overseas colleagues for purchase order follow up

 Conduct quotation comparison, price negotiation and material cost calculation

 Monitor suppliers’ production and arrange during-production factory inspections

 Ensure information is timely provided by customers and production happens without delays

 Follow up on critical path from quotation to shipment

  Requirements 

 DSE / Form 5 or above
