Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to support our finance team in preparing accurate financial reports and monthly management accounts, monitoring cashflow, and ensuring smooth payment processes. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow in financial reporting and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare closing monthly management accounts within stipulated timeline.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records, bank reconciliations, inter-company balances, audit schedules, etc.
• Assist in financial reporting within stipulated timeline.
• Weekly cash and bank balances monitoring.
• Preparing the audit schedules for the annual audit and liaising with the external auditors on the issue and resolving the matters.
• Liaise with bankers, suppliers and auditor and maintain a healthy working relationship with external parties.
