Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive nursery in the B29 area of Birmingham to recruit an experienced and passionate SENDCo.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the nursery.
- Identify and assess children's additional needs at an early stage.
- Develop, implement, and review individual support plans and targets.
- Work collaboratively with nursery staff, parents, carers, and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
- Support staff with strategies, interventions, and inclusive teaching practices.
