In a specialist Secondary Alternative Provision school in Northampton, supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours.

Location: Northampton

Salary: £90 – £130 per day

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-Time – Long-Term Opportunity

Driver’s Licence & Own Vehicle Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support.
• Help manage student behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous SEN or behavioural support experience.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude.
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required.
