A supportive Primary School in Longsight, Manchester is recruiting a compassionate and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs across the school.

This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning, regulate emotions and develop confidence in a structured and nurturing environment.

The Role Includes:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Supporting learning, communication and emotional development
• Assisting teachers in adapting activities to meet individual needs
• Encouraging independence and positive behaviour strategies
