SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary SEN Resource Provision (SRP)

£90–£110 per day | Full-time long-term (part-time available)

Smile Education is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants / SEN Teaching Assistants to join Primary School SEN Resource Provisions (SRPs) across the Worcestershire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environment helping children with additional needs access learning and reach their potential.

Role Overview You will provide targeted support to pupils across KS1 and KS2, working closely with teachers, SENCOs and specialist staff. The role involves delivering 1:1 support, small group interventions, and supporting children with a range of needs including:

Autism (ASC)
ADHD
SEMH
Mental health needs
Emotional regulation
School avoidance
Speech and language needs
