Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a specialist setting?

A nurturing SEND provision in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to support children aged 4–7 with Autism and communication needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a small, supportive environment, supporting a class of approximately 10–12 pupils starting from September.

Role:

You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development by:

Supporting the delivery of structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
Providing targeted 1:1 support and small group interventions
Supporting children’s academic, social and emotional development
Creating a calm, inclusive and positive learning environment
