About the Role

Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with severe learning difficulties (SLD) and complex communication needs within a specialist SEN school in Alfreton.

This role is highly rewarding and focuses on supporting pupils who rely on alternative communication methods such as Makaton, PECS, and visual aids to access learning and express themselves.
