SEND Teaching Assistant (ADHD Support)

About the role

justteachers are supporting a primary school in Bedworth to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with ADHD. This is a full‑time role with an Immediate start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has clear behaviour systems and a nurturing environment, with staff supported through regular CPD and pastoral guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide focused 1:1 support
• Implement behaviour and engagement strategies
• Support attention and organisation skills
• Work alongside teaching staff

Prerequisites

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
