SEND Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutor and Teacher to support pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5, by delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and report on lessons, and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support a SEND team to provide continuous support around the child.
• Participate in CPD and employee mentoring via the TES CPD suite and access to professional mentors.
• Engage in community and company events for knowledge sharing and resource development.
• Participate in a referral programme and get rewarded for successful tutor referrals.
• Work with schools and local authorities to transform lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
