SEND Teacher – Specialist Provision (Primary) – Location: Christchurch, Dorset

We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our specialist provision starting September 2026. The position offers small class sizes (8–10 pupils) and strong TA support in a nurturing environment.

Role

Deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND, supporting academic progress and personal development. Work closely with Teaching Assistants and a multidisciplinary team to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for a range of SEND needs.
• Support pupils’ communication, social skills, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and external professionals.
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively.
