TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic SEND provision in Leeds, who are looking to appoint a SEND LSA. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils are supported to develop academically, socially and emotionally, helping them achieve their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEND LSA on a long-term basis. The successful SEND LSA will work closely with students with a range of additional needs, supporting learning, promoting independence and helping to create a positive and engaging educational experience throughout the school day.

The successful SEND LSA will have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND

• A passion for supporting pupils with additional needs

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
