SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – College SettingLocation: Bromley

Positions: Full-Time & Part-Time
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm A warm and welcoming college in Bromley is seeking caring and creative SEND LSAs to support students aged 16+ with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and physical disabilities. This is a highly rewarding role for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and supporting young people in both educational and everyday life skills. The role is very varied and hands-on, involving support across engaging activities such as arts and crafts, drama, cooking sessions and community-based learning. You will also support students on day outings and trips, helping them develop confidence, independence and social skills in real-world settings.
