This is a full-time, term-time only role, working 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

As this is a term-time only post, the anticipated start date for this role will be September.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

As a SEND Job Coach, you may be based at any of our Weston-super-Mare campuses.

• Carrying out high quality Initial Needs Assessments and Vocational Profiling along with other appropriate assessments to establish support needs and effectively track progress leading to successful outcomes.
