This is a fantastic opportunity to join a project that supports 16–24-year-olds with learning disabilities and autism, giving them the skills, confidence, and guidance they need to move into meaningful employment.

Please note: the salary scale is£26,228 – £32,083 per annum(depending on experience)

We are recruiting for a permanent Job Coach to manage a dedicated caseload covering the High Wycombe area.

The programme combines classroom learning with hands‑on support. It has a strong track record, with around 70% of participants going on to secure paid jobs. As a Job Coach, you will work closely with a small group of young people with an EHCP, helping them prepare for and succeed in the workplace.
