Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school within a large and well-established trust in Shrewsbury.

This is a relatively large setting with just under 1,100 students on roll. Being part of a strong educational trust provides access to a wide network of expertise and professional support, while still allowing the individual school to maintain its own identity, supported by an exceptional team of leaders, teachers, and support staff.

The school is seeking an experienced SEN specialist to join its department and provide high-quality support to teaching staff within SEN classes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting learning, assisting teachers, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the classroom.
