SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?

Flourish Education is working closely with a warm and welcoming primary school in West Bromwich, to recruit a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in their Reception class. This full-time role is due to start after the February half-term, working 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, and will continue until July 2026.

Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a child with Autism, and challenging behaviour, helping them to access learning, develop communication skills, and take part in daily classroom activities.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s early education within a supportive and experienced school team.
