SEN Teaching Assistant - Rochester | Full-time | £92.56-£100 per day | Immediate start | Temp-to-perm

If you want to work in a role where you can have a profound and positive impact on a child’s prospects, Tradewind are recruiting for passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis with children with Special Educational Needs.

We work with a range of schools, from large multi-form entry Primary schools with specialist provisions for specific SEN needs, to smaller schools where support is targeted to an individual pupil, helping them in their school journey.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with children as an SEN Teaching Assistant, both on a 1:1 basis and with smaller groups.
• Support needs ranging from SEMH, ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs.
• Assess students’ progress and discuss development with Teachers, Parents/Carers, and external agencies if necessary.
