What’s the job?

We’re looking for a caring, reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to support young people (16+) with additional needs in an SEN setting in Ormskirk.

You’ll help students feel supported, stay engaged, and build confidence in a calm, structured environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping with classwork + life skills
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and routine
• Working closely with teachers and support staff
• Adapting tasks to suit different learning needs
