Overview

Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and other learning differences. Work on a 1:1 basis, in small intervention groups, or assist the class teacher to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help pupils access the curriculum and achieve individual goals.
• Develop confidence and build positive relationships with pupils.
• Support a variety of pupils with diverse needs.
• Assist in planning and delivering inclusive lessons.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams.
