The role:

Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and emotional development

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Supporting pupils with personal care where required (depending on the setting)
