Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-class and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and other additional educational needs
• Assist class teachers in creating engaging lesson materials and learning activities
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and supported
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students
• Support pupils' emotional and academic development throughout the school day
