About the Role:

Tradewind Recuitment are looking for a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant for a unique opportunity supporting 16-24 year old students in a mainstream Further Education setting. This role will run until the end of the term, with the opportunity to be extended. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students across a wide range of needs and learning abilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support to students with SEND, aiding in their academic and personal development.
Collaborate closely with educators to execute tailored learning plans.
Cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant classroom atmosphere.
