We’re looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Greenford , supporting pupils with Autism (ASC) and PMLD .

This is a setting for people who understand complex needs properly — not a stepping stone from mainstream.

Most pupils are pre-verbal , have high sensory needs , and require consistent, hands‑on support throughout the day.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Working closely with the class teacher and therapists
• Supporting sensory‑based learning and daily routines
• Assisting with personal care (feeding, toileting, changing)
• Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated and safe

• Experience with ASC and/or PMLD (essential)
• Comfortable with personal care
