Randstad Education is seeking a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated inclusion team in Cranleigh. The role is full-time, requiring support for SEN students in a positive and inclusive environment. Candidates should have Level 2/3 qualifications and experience in an SEN setting.
Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support and implementing Individualised Education Plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Starting as soon as possible, this is a permanent position with no sponsorship available.
