About the role
 We are recruiting an SEN Teacher for a secondary provision catering to young people aged 11-19 with Special Educational Needs and communication & interaction needs. If you are an enthusiastic educator looking to deliver high-quality, personalised teaching in a supportive environment, this is for you.
Key duties

Lead teaching and learning for groups and individual pupils with special educational needs.
Design adaptive curriculum pathways that promote independence, wellbeing and academic progress.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including therapists, behaviour support staff and families.
Embed strength-based approaches, positive behaviour strategies and inclusive practices.
Track, evaluate and report on pupil progress, contributing to their longer-term preparation for adulthood.
