We are seeking dedicated professionals with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) certification to support and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver your planned lessons and provide dynamic, engaging learning experiences.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour management strategies.

Adapt teaching methods to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs.

Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress.

Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to create tailored learning plans.

Requirements:
