Overview

Dedicated and passionate teacher with experience in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) is needed for the role of SEN Teacher at our inclusive school community in Radlett, starting September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students with a range of SEN, adapting teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning requirements.
• Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students, tracking their progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to thrive and build confidence.
• Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to ensure that all students receive the appropriate support and resources.
