The needs of the pupils are significant and varied, requiring a teacher who can adapt their approach, build strong relationships, and create a positive learning environment where every student can succeed.

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Communication and sensory needs
• Trauma
