Location: Hinckley Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 per annum (M1 - M6 scale) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 Hours per Week, Term Time Only)

In this role, you will move away from the one-size-fits-all classroom and move toward a truly personalised, relationship-based education. Working with young people aged 7 to 19 (with a specific focus on Key Stage 3 ), you will help students who have struggled in mainstream settings to find their feet, build their confidence, and rediscover a love for learning.
