Salary: Outer London MPS £34,514 - £44,525 + SEN Allowance £2,539 - £5,009

About the Role

• Teaching a KS2 class of 3-6 pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Planning and delivering tailored, differentiated lessons
• Creating a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and external specialists
• Supporting pupils with EHCPs and individual learning plans

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Proven experience working within an SEN setting
• Strong understanding of needs such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD or MLD
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• Patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
