Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Primary SEN Teacher to join a Specialist SEND/SEMH School in Congleton to work on a full-time basis starting in September 2026!

You’ll be joining an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive school focused on changing children’s lives for the better. Using a specialised “Turning the Curve” model, the school creates inclusive environments where pupils are helped to overcome barriers to learning and build a more positive future at a pace that works for them.

This is an exciting role for a qualified educator to join a fantastic school to deliver meaningful, well-planned learning that places relationships, emotional safety, and progress at its heart! We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in phonics to work primarily with primary level pupils.
