A welcoming Nursery School in St Albans is seeking a caring and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This rewarding role involves supporting a nursery-aged child with physical disabilities and additional learning needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them to access learning, build communication skills, and thrive within a supportive nursery environment.

The Role:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Providing dedicated 1:1 support within the nursery setting
Supporting the child's learning, engagement, and social interaction
Assisting with mobility and personal care when required
Working closely with the class team, SENCO, and external professionals
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
