We are working with a well-resourced SEN school in Havering seeking a reliable and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant.

The school provides a highly structured and supportive environment for pupils with moderate to complex learning needs, with a strong focus on consistency and routine.

The Role:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Assist with sensory-based and structured learning activities
Encourage communication, independence, and engagement
Implement behaviour and learning support strategies
Support personal care routines when required

Experience in SEN, care, or support work
Reliable, calm, and consistent approach
Strong ability to build trust with vulnerable learners
