Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small group support.
- Assist with implementing personalised learning and behaviour strategies.
- Promote emotional regulation and social development.
- Support students in accessing both academic and life‑skills activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting young people with SEND is advantageous.
