SEN Learning Support Assistant – Farnborough

Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and understanding SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in the Farnborough area. This role involves working closely with children who require additional help due to autism, ADHD, learning delays, communication differences, or social‑emotional needs.

You’ll provide a mix of 1:1 and small‑group support, helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and feel secure throughout the school day. You’ll be working alongside class teachers and SEN staff to implement strategies that make learning accessible and enjoyable for every child.
