SEN Learning Support Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking a caring, patient, and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Andover area. This long‑term role involves supporting children who have additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning delays, and social‑emotional challenges.

You will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent support throughout the school day, helping pupils engage with learning, build confidence, and develop key social and emotional skills. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in a child’s education.

This role is particularly well suited to candidates with backgrounds in care, support work, youth work, SEN, or graduates in psychology, education, criminology, or child development.
